The main idea
This concept was created to explore possibilities for improvement of the overall rental property app experience. To do that, one interesting feature was introduced in the relatively basic app.

The existing apps market for property searching is quite stable and all of the proposed services provides pretty much the same functionality in general. One may find a particular apartment or house from the search field or with a map. You also may apply several filters to narrow the search results and find a more particular item.
The first intention of this concept was to make a "nice-looking" app that fulfils a typical user's needs, while provides convenient experience, by using neutral palette colors that help to focus on the content. During these explorations, an idea appeared which made this app a bit more interesting and standing out. The idea is called "Virtual tour" and it is a big step to the fully remote process of renting and/or buying a property with your smartphone only!
How does it work, one may ask? It eliminates the need for an agent (at least, on the screening phase) and allows a user to explore a property (for instance, an apartment) without actually attending it. It's possible to take a look at each room on hi-res 3d scans to see all the smallest details. There is a tiny map at the right bottom of the screen that allows to choose a position and direction of the view, as well as to make a fast transition to another site of the property. This helps easily navigate in the apartment and jump fast between those parts that are most interesting to a potential client. There is also a possibility (even though it is not highlighted in the concept) for a user to contact agent for additional details or even leave a comment on a particular part of the property (in the virtual tour mode) with questions or requests for clarifications.
